[ADVERTISING] #PITCH: NOAH’S ARK HAS WON HERITAGE BANK’S CREATIVES ACCOUNT DEAL.

Lanre Adisa’s Noah’s Ark has won Advertising contracts of Heritage Bank Nigeria in a keenly contested Marketing communications pitch which saw the likes of DDB Lagos, SO&U, Centrespread, Prima Garnet Africa, Brandzone Consulting, The Think Shop, Hormonee etc scrambling for the account.

It is not clear how much the account was worth as at the time this brand report was filed.

According to correspondents, the pitch process for the Heritage bank business was concluded since march 2016, but the financial institution which is the youngest bank in Nigeria kept the contestants waiting, until recently when Noah’s Ark was announced as their preferred agency.

Not less than eight agencies were part of the process in October 2015, however when the final pitch held about four months ago, only three of the Agencies were still standing. They included Sam Osunsoko’s The Think Shop, Kola Ayanwale’s Centrespread and the eventual winner Lanre Adisa’s Noah’s Ark. 

Earlier this year Noah’s Ark won a couple of other major accounts including  Airtel, Hypo, Indomie Noodles, Three Crown, Minimie, AIICO insurance, Nigerite Limited, Society for Family Health. The Society for Family Health account is a major victory for the agency because it a huge business that involves creative, media and digital businesses in community and branded healthcare a course that was hugely celebrated in the just concluded Cannes Lions.
With the Heritage bank job now in its cuffers, the Lagos-Maryland based agency will now be responsible for the bank new strategic plans that would involve exploring capital market, brand expansion, and the bank’s ambitious top 5 target in the next 10 years putting Noah’s Ark in a pristine integrated marketing communications niche.

With this new addition, Noah’s Ark can now boast of a wide range of brands on its portfolio, covering FMCG, Telecoms, Banks, Insurance, Building and construction, health and pharmacy etc.

Since its commendations from the organisers of Cannes Lions and winning the covetous Grand Prix at the 2015 LAIF Award, Noah’s Ark has become one of the most sought-after ad agency in Nigeria.
